Ok so these are like mini story boards that I did for my original layout idea for iridescent.tv
It features the lovely Cap'n Sharktooth Bloodbeard (although he's orange here). The first frame is the first thing you would see and then after you click on him everything floats down. Stuff happens in the background. It would look more like the last frame than the first.
I was too lazy to colour the last frame Oo;;
Drawn in 2B mechanical pencil, inked in an awesome pen and coloured with water colour.
"PS: I can't draw sea horses to save my life!"
^Hahaha. Actually I think its quite fitting with the cartoony style to have a goofy looking sea horse.
Pretty cool, I like it and I like the Octopus Pirate, its a cool idea for an original character. Reminds me of the VG Cats pirate flag contest earlier this year. One of these days I'm gonna finally plan out my Music Pirate and draw him.
Hehe thank you! It was only after I inked it I thought... "that's the most messed up sea horse ever..."
I love Cap'n Sharktooth Bloodbeard! He's awesome! One of my favourite lil' characters I've come up with. You should draw your music pirate because Pirates kick ass! Although you need to wait and see my Venus Fly Trap, he is also cool if slightly mentally unhinged...
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
Spencer Kelly visits the Royal Albert Hall to see a digital graffiti wall where you can virtual spray paint to your heart's content and email the results to yourself.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
